Question about Spinal osteo arthritis? - spinal arthritis more condition_treatment
I have this and 33 years. Is it common to find them in my old age. Does anyone else have some helpful tips for the treatment of pain and how please?

I have since I'm 20 and I had recently a problem (I have been retired), with some acute episodes over the years from a herniated disc in neck and lumbar spine. I think two "co-codamol" capsules help (500 g of paracetamol and codeine). Equally important is the exercise of care, excellent swimming, because it takes the weight of the column and must be very careful when bending and lifting heavy objects - it is considered very important to bend the knees, not the back. Probem If you find a good chiropractor or osteopath for advice and treatment. Hope this helps and good luck for the future.
