High Blood Pressure And Panic Attacks What Is The Best Way To Lower High Blood Pressure?

What is the best way to lower high blood pressure? - high blood pressure and panic attacks

My husband has high blood pressure and has been prescribed CRESTOR and Micardis. But because of high costs they can not afford their medicines. What are the tips of the meal? Everyone always says "diet and exercise, and we know it. My husband has no weight problem. He is 38 years, 165 pounds., 5'7" tall. Still muscle (only) because of years of body building. His brothers (all under 45 years) and parents on medication for high blood pressure and cholesterol.

  5. Sometimes you have to take medication - despite the diet and exercise. Of course, do not touch the salt. Go without meat, as much as possible. Try the veggie burgers - actually much more than they were. Fish - especially rich in omega 3 fatty acids are good for the heart. There are programs for people who can not afford medicine. Try the site below - you can not pay for medicines for all.
